Many People Face problems while concentrating on work or study with small Small precautions daily you can concentrate very well

- Daily you should sleep more than 8 hours (6 hours ok but still 8 hours gives more concentration)
- Do not think about unnecessary things
- Avoid Second Show Cinemas, Late Night Sittings
- Avoid Smoking and Drinking
- Do not Eat More than required do some work equal to what you ate
- Daily make a habit of doing your things yourself like cleaning cloths, cleaning room etc once you keep doing some works you not feel lazy doing any thing. if you sit idle you get habit to sitting idle if you do some work you will get habit to doing some work
- Concentration comes when you love what you are doing
