PRECAUTIONS BEFORE GOING TO BED



Ensure that your body clean i.e take bath

Ensure that you have taken proper food and you have done some physical exercises

Ensure that you are not going to bed just after eating; walk or sit for some time before going to bed

Make sure that your bed is clean, bed sheet is changed, bedroom is clean

Ensure that enough care is taken to stop mosquitoes i.e use mosquito net, coils etc

Ensure that you are wearing loose cloths for better ventilation to your body

Before going to bed try to remember any medicines you have to take and take the medicines which are required to be taken before going to bed

Ensure that your bladder is empty otherwise urine may disturb your sound sleep in midnight. if you are not feeling your bladder is full also no problem make habit to pass urine before going to bed which will allow for better sleep with out disturbance

Arrange drinking water around your bed

Ensure that all electrical equipments are switched off including bulbs; it saves energy and stop damage due to high electrical voltage or other problems

Ensure that your house is properly locked from inside
